I had the fun chance to review Zevia Soda’s. They are super sweet, but contain no sugar. I used the diet, caffeine free cola to make a chocolate cake, and it turned out fantastic. My husband said that the cake tasted better than my regular efforts. We eat a gluten free diet, so the cake was a Betty Crocker cake mix. I just mixed the mix with a whole can of soda and baked according to the directions, and it turned out great! The soda’s were too sweet for me, as I prefer sour sodas, but we enjoyed trying a new, sugar free, gluten free option.
