Real Kids Shades are different from the standard sunglasses intended for children. Not only do they offer 100% UV protection (both UVA & UVB) and are shatter proof, but they also offer a wrap around design for total eye protection. Most sunglasses for children are deceptive. While the lenses are dark, they really do not protect the eyes from sun exposure which can lead to eye damage. Most kid’s sunglasses are actually marketed as toys.
