For Earth Day, we planted a garden, and cleared out our yard. Over the winter we had some pipes break, and then the drip system stopped working for a while. It wouldn’t be a big deal, but we live in Las Vegas, and since it was warm after that, the plants started to dry-up. Once we made repairs, we cut back the plants that had suffered the most, and I am very happy to report that they are all coming back and flowering already. Yes, it is Spring Time in Las Vegas, with temperatures averaging in the 70’s or 80’s.
For you to enjoy are three products Handi-foil Eco foil, Cuppow, and a really cool biodegradeable toothbrush from Surthrival. I enjoyed checking out all of these products, and love finding things that are eco-concious. We are a family that avoids additives and colorings in our food, cleans with homemade, or natural cleaners, and tries hard to recycle and be eco-concious consumers. I would shop all natural fibers, and replace our carpets and bedding if I had the finances. Too much research shows that auto-immune disorders, and autism are linked to chemicals and allergies to foods and things in our environment. So I try to make our environment as healthy as possible. Studying to be a Health Coach has only convinced me more that we need to clean-up our surroundings and go back to thriving naturally. I am sure you will enjoy all the giveaways, as well as those offered for the grand-prize, and I encourage you to let me know what you are doing to improve your family’s health and support Earth Day.
