December’s Starbox is a glamorous array of eye shadows valued over $99. It is difficult for me to make use of such a luxurious commodity. As always I am pleased by the wide variety and yet universality of this palette. It has accent colors that I may never be brave enough to try, and then more neutral colors that I can’t wait to show off at our next holiday event. However, I think this particular Starbox will become a gift for a very special someone who will know how to use it to its’ utmost potential, as most of the variety and usability would be lost on a homebody like me. I am going to keep the name secret, but I am certain that the gift will be well-loved and used. I also am perfectly happy to share my collection as the previous looks have all provided me with everything that I will need to make this holiday one of my most glamorous ever. I even have lipstick, which if you knew me, you would know that that has been a lifelong issue, and I never have found a lipstick that I am satisfied with. We’ll see if my generosity wins out over my love of these beautiful eye shadows and all the wonderful looks that I can imagine myself wearing. The only unfortunate part – dear readers – is that no one will see my fabulous cat eyes and fairy looks, as I work from home, and am not very brave. 🙂

The Starlooks boxes are so much fun to receive as a gift in the mail. Each unwraps as a beautiful, perfectly wrapped gift, and has fun surprises. I would love to give the gift of a subscription to all of my girlfriends, and it is a great surprise for that girl who is always on top of the latest trends in fashion and make-up. Each month also comes with a card that details the collection, and gives suggestions for use. I love that part, as I am not on top of fashion trends, and I can use the suggestions to tailor my look. Their website also offers additional options and tutorials. I would also suggest this for a gift for a new mom, or anyone who is struggling. It is a small thing to wear make-up and pamper oneself, but it can make a big difference in your day-to-day outlook. Ultimately this has been one of my favorite products to review, and I can find a reason to give a subscription as a gift to just about every woman in my life. I can’t wait to see what the future holds!
